Live Birds, Shipping and Cancellation Policies

PLEASE READ OUR SHIPPING POLICY BELOW
** All bird orders must total a minimum of $250 plus shipping costs. It is extremely labor-intensive to crate and ship birds safely, so we must ask that bird orders total $250 or more to ensure the best possible service for you and your pets **

We will do our best to sex any birds that have not been DNA sexed however the sex is not guaranteed. All sales are final.

AIR CARGO shipping price is based on 1-2 shipping boxes. If your order is large and requires several shipping boxes, we will let you know what the additional shipping charges will be.

We will ship birds within the continental US only. We guarantee live delivery only if shipped via AIR CARGO. If a bird does not arrive alive, BirdProduct.com must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Must send picture of dead bird and it will be replaced. All sales are final. BirdProduct.com will not be held responsible for problems not apparent at time of shipping or consequential damages.

Shipping via USPS is another option however LIVE DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED. Max 10 small birds or 2 large birds. Includes USPS approved live bird shipping box. If your order is over the maximum number of birds allowed in one box or your order contains birds that cannot be shipped in the same box you must purchase an additional shipping box($15). They are sent overnight express and depending on where you live it can take up to 2 days. They are boxed with plenty of food and water.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Birds ordered and paid for may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Any cancellations after 48 hours will only receive a 50% refund

* Shipping costs for products other than live animals are calculated on a real-time basis, depending on the distance shipped and the type of shipping you choose.
